Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp sent an open plea to Trump on Tuesday to consider his state as an alternate site for the quadrennial convention, which is set to gather more than 2,500 delegates and thousands more guests, press and security officials.

Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell on Tuesday announced plans to seek the governors approval to allow personal services such as hair salons, barbershops and tattoo parlors to resume Friday. They made four quick sketches each day, starting early in the morning and ending at 3 am, the start of the Witching Hour. They would do this separately, meeting later to overlay two drawings from each set into a single artwork.
